| September 5, 10 | Still Semi-H: My Experience at the SMTOWN concert!!! |

September 5, 2010, 12:47AM SO…SMTOWN 2010 is the best concert I have ever been to…mainly because of TVXQ, Super Junior, SHINee, and (okay, even though I am not a Sone) SNSD. And nope, I did not forget about BoA; she was awesome but nowadays, K-Pop GROUPS are all the fans care about so the cheers were mainly for those three groups. I know I haven’t written anything for a while, so today (or rather, tonight) I am going to give you guys the main awesomeness of the concert. Anyway, the concert started around 7-ish PM with J-Min who I didn’t know who she was when she went on stage with an acoustic guitar (this girl can sing and play at the same time…real talented) but then I remember reading her name somewhere. Anyway, she sang two numbers and spoke some pretty good English for a non-English speaker. She said she was honored to open for SMTOWN and all. Pretty good perf; the cheers were pretty appreciative. Then The Grace’s Sunday went on stage to do a solo number…I think SM has shunned The Grace aside for too long because nobody knew who she was so therefore, the cheers for her was just plain polite…I guess there are few Sunday/The Grace fans out there in the crowd, but we didn’t really hear them. Anyway, after Sunday, The Grace’s Dana goes on stage and does her own solo. I don’t know about her…she does have a decent voice but I think she just haven’t sung Korean for a long time thus her voice was a bit shaky here and there. However, when she did a duet stage with fellow member Sunday, they harmonized really well. But yeah, people sitting in front of me were like, “Who are they?” I wanted to shout “They are from The Grace, geez!”

| April 21, 10 | Oh shoot, avex is trying to rip me off… |

…in a good or bad way? Well, financially, a bad thing, but to my fangirling side, a pretty good thing (although there’s some bad things within the good things…ugh, yeah, complicated). Anyway, TVXQ/DBSK/TOHOSHINKI is set to release their 1st (and many yet to come, hopefully) greatest hits album coming June 30, 2010. Actually, they are set to release 2 greatest hits CDs: COMPLETE, which contains over 45 songs on 3 CDs from their previous singles as well as member solos; as well as B-Side Collection, which contains, well, 11 of their b-side songs. We can all buy the two albums separately or we can buy them all together in this one package called “COMPLETE+ B-Side Collection Box Set” which contains both CDs as well as a limited edition 1000 pieces jigsaw puzzle…of the members I guess. The track list isn’t out yet but since we are about 2 months away from the release date, I say we will get the track list and album arts around May. Anyway, which one am I gonna get? Well, financially I say I get none of them because I have all of THSK’s albums already so if I buy these, it will just be a repeat of the things I already have. BUT, being a major Cassiopeia, I am gonna buy the box set that costs…oh just $150. Too too bad, eh? HEH. RIGHT. But I gotta support the boys and show them that they have a huge group of fangirls…and fanboys, who are behind them and supporting them, and want them to be together again! TVXQ is nothing with just 3 or 2 members! Anyway, I can’t buy it right now…seeing as I am broke. Ugh. So, the bad part of the good part I mentioned earlier? Well, releasing a “greatest hits” album is a…bad sign. I mean, what if this is their last album? I really hope now; avex (trax) can’t give up on them! Also, releasing two types of greatest albums at once is giving me a hint that avex is trying to earn as much money as soon as possible seeing that TVXQ’s popularity is still kinda high at the moment. They are afraid that once they do break up (they can’t, they really can’t!) and can no longer earn as much money, the company still have the money they earned when TVXQ “was” still popular. Hopefully my interpretation is INCORRECT. They have gotta release more new materials in the future! Probably not 2010, but definitely 2011! I wish TVXQ’s career will be like ayumi hamasaki’s. Look at her, 11 years and still rocking! Totally dominating the Oricon charts at #2 even after a week of the release of her 11th album, Rock ‘n’ Roll Circus! Updated with track list!

Bad news today, bad news. On TVXQ’s official Japanese website, they announced that they will be suspending their group and proceed to solo activities! NOOO!!! Anyway, here’s the official statement (thanks to DBSK.com.br):

So I guess it was the boys who demanded the halt in their group activities. Is their relationship so bad that they request to halt even their Japanese activities? I thought the trio (Jaejoong, Yoochun, & Junsu) had a thing against SM Entertainment…not the duo (Yunho & Changmin). I guess the news about Yunho and Changmin getting a bit disappointed in the trio is true?! Oh man, I really hope they get over their differences one day (soon, please) and get together again. I hate seeing them like this…maybe time will heal. Sometimes separating actually makes things better; gives them time to think and breathe. Meanwhile, Cassiopeia must show support and tell our boys that we won’t give up on them five of them as one! |

| March 24, 10 | “Toki wo Tomete” is #1 on Oricon! |
 Today is the first day of charting for TOHOSHINKI’s 30th single, “時ヲ止メテ.” They sold 124,812 units, which is less than their “BREAK OUT” single, but 時ヲ止メテ was released earlier last month as song on the version A of their BEST SELECTION 2010 album, so 124,812 is pretty huge! So, yep, congrats to the boys! AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY OWN COPY! I didn’t select EMS shipping speed this time because it’s too expensive…thus, I will have to wait (hopefully) couple more days for it to arrive. | March 23, 10 | What? Junsu solo???!!! |
 Okay, okay, Xiah Junsu isn’t parting ways with TVXQ, but I just got an email from CD Japan telling me that Junsu will be releasing a solo single! The single is set to release on May 26, 2010 and haven’t been named at the moment. All I know is that it comes with 2 versions, Version A with CD+DVD and Version B, which is single only. It’s quite similar to the way that TVXQ’s Japanese single works. Oh yeah, he’s releasing the single in Japan, not in Korea just in case you are wondering. Anyway, super excited! For some reason I have a feeling that the a-side is gonna be a ballad but somehow Junsu is gonna twist a dance track into the b-side. =] Can’t wait! Now Playing: “XIAHTIC” — Junsu |

J-Pop queen ayumi hamasaki announced recently that she will release her 11th album, Rock’n'Roll Circus on April 14 of this year. Today avex trax just released the album covers for version A and B as well as the official track list for the album! Without further ado, let’s see! OMG, SHE LOOKS SO BEAUTIFUL!
ISN’T SHE SO SO ADORABLE? And she’s already in her 30s! The covers look so good. I hope this album is gonna be filled with some rock tracks since her last album, NEXT LEVEL was filled with dance/disco numbers. Anyway, I got version A because I’ve gotta have the DVD, ya know? I ordered it from CD Japan but then I just found out today that YesAsia is having a give away for any one purchase of the album unlike CD Japan, who is only giving away to people who bought the album plus the DVD. Seeing as I am so poor at the moment, I couldn’t afford the DVD at the moment…so I guess I will not be able to enter…? Oh well, at least I get a pretty covered-album! | March 18, 10 | TOHOSHINKI Released Video Clip Collection today… |

..and guess what? They debuted at #1 on the Oricon DVD Charts for March 17th, beating L’Arc~en~Ciel’s Hyde’s VAMPS DVD release. Damn, Hyde is being pwned by THSK every time! Sucks…’cause he’s cool but hey, nobody is cooler and hotter than TOHOSHINKI, so I am not complaining!  And I can’t believe but not really surprised that ARASHI’s “Troublemaker” is still on top of the charts after…what, three weeks? Well, this week there isn’t that many good J-Pop releases except for Kalafina’s second album release (Red Moon) and morning musume.’s 10th album…but I am seriously wondering if momusu’s new album is any good because the singles they released for this album was…so annoying. I loved their past works but ever since Yossie (Hitomi Yoshizawa) left momusu, they kinda went downhill. Anyway, not that many good releases this week. However, next week is a totally different story! The week of 3/24, TOHOSHINKI will release their Toki wo Tomete single as well as their second remix album, TVXQ Non-Stop Mix Vol. 2! One of my fave J-R&B singer, Kato Miliyah will also be releasing a new single, Bye Bye. I hope she will take the #2 spot on the singles chart, right after TVXQ’s! I just went to CD Japan when I saw on the headline that J-Pop diva ayumi hamasaki is set to release her 11th album, titled, Rock’n'Roll Circus on April 14th! There will be three versions released, CD+DVD, CD Only, and Special Limited release, which is already
And then the CD only version is the same minus the DVD part. Anyway, ayu is also set to release her ARENA TOUR 2009 ~NEXT LEVEL~ DVD on the same date. I am pre-ordering her album in the Japanese version for sure, that way she will be on top of the Oricon charts…but the DVD…IT’S TOO EXPENSIVE!!
